Jeffrey Tinsley, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Tinsley founded Reunion.com as the primary investor, and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations including business planning, strategy and related affairs.

After meeting his wife at his 10-year high school reunion, Jeffrey decided to help others find important people from their past by leveraging the Internet. In early 2002, Tinsley negotiated the purchase of HighSchoolAlumni.com (with 5.3 million registered users) from IGN (then Snowball) and PlanetAlumni.com (with 1.4 million registered users) and named the business Reunion.com. Tinsley has since successfully driven Reunion.com to over 50 million registered Members, and is adding more than 1 million monthly.

Previously, Tinsley was a founder and CEO of GreatDomains.com, where he was responsible for creating and building a profitable business from an unproven concept. GreatDomains.com led its market, and was responsible for facilitating some of the largest domain-name sales in the industry through its secondary domain-name marketplace, including Loans.com for $3 million. GreatDomains.com was acquired by publicly-traded VeriSign at the end of October 2000.

Rachel Glaser, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer

Rachel Glaser joined Reunion.com in a dual role as Chief Operating and Financial Officer in April 2008. She oversees all aspects of the company's financial and accounting functions and additionally is responsible for corporate development, investor relations, strategic planning, and business operations.

Glaser most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Yahoo! Inc., where she led a global team of over 200 finance professionals responsible for worldwide forecasting, planning, and analysis. While in this role, Rachel's charter was to grow and transform the finance organization through significant acquisition of talent and integration of Yahoo's business operations with the broader finance team.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Rachel spent nearly 20 years at The Walt Disney Company, where she held a wide variety of leadership positions. Most recently, Glaser served as Vice President of Operations and Business Planning for the company's Consumer Product group, a $14 billion division that extends the Disney brand to merchandise across seven lines of business in 50 markets around the world.

Glaser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Michael Tanne, Executive Vice President, Business Development and Partner Products

Michael has been involved with building search engines for a long time, starting at Verity where he directed product management. He started Wink in 2005, compelled by a belief that people could provide valuable input that would make search better. Prior to Wink, Michael was CEO of X-Degrees, and was a founder of AdForce (IPO 1999) which was ultimately sold to CMGI.

Michael serves on the Board of Cloudmark, a leading provider of anti-spam solutions. He is a Founder and Board Member of Full Circle Fund, a Bay Area non-profit that engages emerging business leaders in philanthropy through grants and hands-on assistance to promising organizations.

Michael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Stanford University. Michael keeps the team motivated and cranking with his zeal for social search, and copious amounts of Red Bull and other highly caffeinated energy drinks.

Dipik Rai, Senior VP of Business Intelligence and Strategy

Dipik, an Internet industry veteran, brings 12 years of B2C and B2B Internet background with him. Reunion.com is the sixth Internet startup he has been part of.

Prior to joining Reunion.com, Dipik served as Vice President of Business Development and Product for Engage.com, where he helped raise a $5 million Series A financing round and grew the customer database from 0 to its first 200,000 members. Before Engage.com, Dipik was Sr. Director of Marketing for Knight Ridder Digital, where he was responsible for building a local database advertising product in nine local markets. His role grew to include all online marketing and product functions for 31 local newspaper websites.

While heading Direct Marketing at Yahoo!, Dipik was tasked with building a team to work across all properties selling directly to consumers. His team of 30 focused on Y! Personals, Y! Small Business, Y!/SBC Access, Y! Games, and more, as Yahoo! drove toward a goal of 5 million customer billing relationships. In addition, Dipik was responsible for developing Yahoo!’s database marketing (email) strategy to optimally leverage its 100MM user database to drive premium subscriptions.

Before Yahoo!, Dipik had strong success running the membership business for Classmates.com. Under his leadership, the business became profitable and grew from a $35M to a $100M revenue run rate in just over one year. At the time, it was the largest online subscription business in the world, with over 2 million paying members. Prior to Classmates, Dipik was an early employee with lead generation company Aptimus (formerly Freeshop.com) and download software company atOnce Software, where he took on a variety of marketing, product, and general management roles.

Dipik holds a joint honors degree in business administration and economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, B.C.

Larry Baird, Senior Vice President of Product Marketing

Larry is responsible for Product Development and Customer Life Cycle Management at Reunion.com. Larry leads a staff of Product Management, User Experience, and Product Marketing professionals who work cross-functionally with Technology and key business stakeholders to drive effective portfolio management that balances strategic, continuous improvement, and new product opportunities to maximize enterprise and customer lifetime values.

Larry brings over 15 years of technology industry experience in product management, product marketing, and brand development to his role. Prior to joining Reunion.com, Larry spent seven years at United Online, where he served as VP of Marketing Operations and oversaw product development, membership marketing, and brand positioning for the NetZero and Juno brands. At United Online, Larry created membership marketing teams that contributed more than $50 million in annual revenues and led the launch of a first-to-market product that grew to over 1.5 million subscribers and generated revenues in excess of $200 million. Prior to United Online, Larry was a cofounder and Product Director at Epidemic.com and served as Product Manager for a $3.5 billion business unit at Compaq Computer Corporation.

Larry graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Marketing.

Tom Judd, Senior Vice President of Sales

Thomas Judd joined Reunion.com as Senior Vice President of Sales in April 2008. He oversees all online advertising and site monetization on Reunion.com. Mr. Judd most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at eForce Media managing client development and customer acquisition for the leading customer identification and sales lead generation company. Prior to eForce Media, Mr. Judd held the role of Vice President of Sales and Operations for Intermix Media with the primary responsibilities of launching, managing and growing its lead generation division. While at Intermix Media he significantly grew revenues and dramatically improved the quality of its lead generation platform.

Prior to Intermix Media, Mr. Judd led business development for Prospectiv, a premier customer acquisition company. While at Prospectiv he successfully built out the Pharmaceutical, Education and Finance verticals for the company. Previously, he served as Director of Direct Marketing for Lycos Inc. where he launched and oversaw its new direct marketing unit Lycos Direct, turning it into a multi-million dollar division.

Mr. Judd began his online career as General Manager at Sybervision, Inc., where he developed and managed SyberVision.com and was responsible for all online sales and marketing for the direct response marketer. Mr. Judd then relocated to New York City to launch the East coast office for Deja.com, where he was responsible for business development, strategic alliances and building out vertical channels for the comparison shopping web site. After his tenure at Deja.com, Mr. Judd joined Gartner Group as Vice President of Sales and Business Development to manage its sales efforts for its online customer satisfaction division.

Mr. Judd holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology for the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing from New York University.

Sharyn Eles, Vice President, Human Resources and Operations

Sharyn is in charge of the Human Resource Department and oversees all office operations. She has been with Reunion.com from day one and was the VP of Marketing Operations while also overseeing Human Resources. Sharyn came to Reunion.com from Cantor Fitzgerald, where she was the Director of Advertising Operations for their Internet division, the Hollywood Stock Exchange. While at Cantor Fitzgerald, Sharyn established policies and procedures for the advertising department and managed the ad-serving technology. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, she worked at FOX Sports Television where she was the Director of Advertising Operations and was in charge of overseeing the integration and analysis of all broadcast media buys. Sharyn has also worked in Human Resources at Katkin Corporation, public relations at MTV Networks and advertising sales at E! Entertainment Television.

Sharyn holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She received her M.A. in Media Ecology from New York University, along with a certificate in Marketing from the University of California at Berkeley.
